How soon can you prepare a tasting?

Typical lead time is 2–3 weeks for a custom tasting. Shorter windows may be possible for simplified menus.

What about payments?

Packages are booked with a deposit; final settlement occurs after the event. We accept bank transfer or card payments via invoice.
